How the ROB RUN wipe works

The ROB RUN wipe is called the Federal Raid. Kefir's help article describes a reset every seven days: plots, bases, weapons and cash are wiped and converted into jail time and authority. Cosmetics, your player name, tutorial progress, settings and accumulated jail time carry over. The practical distinction is between the assets built up during a competitive cycle and the identity or progress explicitly listed as persistent.

A ROB RUN wipe is broader than losing a fight or being arrested. If you die, the loss rules depend on your role and location. The Federal Raid resets the listed server-cycle assets. Recovering a weapon after a death and planning around a full reset are different tasks. Use the comparison below before deciding that missing belongings indicate a technical problem.

There is no verified per-server live clock connected to this page. The seven-day rule is useful for planning, but it is not enough on its own to establish an exact deadline for the server you joined. A ROB RUN wipe estimate is only as good as its starting timestamp and the continued validity of the current cycle length.

Use the ROB RUN wipe estimator carefully

Enter the server's opening date and time in UTC in the calculator above. The result adds seven full days and displays the estimate in UTC and in the time zone you select. Use a timestamp from a server announcement or another reliable record. Do not enter the time you first logged in unless you know the server itself opened at that moment.

For example, an opening timestamp of 4 November 2026 at 17:00 UTC produces 11 November 2026 at 17:00 UTC when seven days are added. That is a calculation example, not confirmation of a ROB RUN wipe for your current server. A later opening produces a later result. The form deliberately starts empty so it cannot quietly assume that every player joined the same launch server.

The ROB RUN wipe calculator does not fetch your account, query game servers or measure maintenance progress. If the calculated time has passed, it says so instead of inventing a new cycle. To estimate another cycle, supply a newly verified opening timestamp. If the game displays a different raid time or Kefir changes the interval, follow that information and treat this estimate as outdated.

Read this as the published list, rather than a complete promise about every inventory category or future feature. The ROB RUN wipe explanation does not provide a full conversion formula for each asset. You cannot reliably calculate how much authority a specific loadout will produce from these rules alone. That is why this page offers a time estimate but no invented wealth-to-authority calculator.

Persistent cosmetics do not make weapons or a base persistent. Tutorial progress carrying over also does not mean you keep the possessions earned while completing it. When you prepare for a ROB RUN wipe, separate those questions: what remains part of your identity, what must be rebuilt, and what needs confirmation in the current version. That distinction is more useful than assuming everything on the same character follows one rule.

Banked money and the ROB RUN wipe

Laundering protects funds from theft until the next wipe. To use it, open an account at the Looty Bay Bank as a Civilian, then process cash through the Laundering Desk at your base. The process takes time, and you can withdraw cash at an ATM. This helps manage theft risk during the cycle but does not remove the Federal Raid deadline.

Consider two separate planning questions. During the week, how much cash do you need to carry, and how much would you prefer protected from other players? Near a ROB RUN wipe, what do you want to accomplish with the assets available before the reset? Neither question has a universally correct amount. Your plans, equipment and remaining play time determine what is useful.

Moving cash into the bank is not a method for bypassing the ROB RUN wipe. Equally, spending everything automatically is not an officially established best strategy: Kefir says reset assets convert into jail time and authority, but the precise exchange is not published here. Make the choice around what you want from the current session rather than a made-up optimization formula.

A practical plan for the cycle

At the start: agree on the same server

Before building around a group, confirm the exact server your friends are using. A shared region is not enough to resolve the “another server” party error. The ROB RUN server guide explains the official prison transfer procedure. Settle that decision early so your plans are based on the same environment rather than two separate groups of assets.

During the cycle: keep objectives manageable

Use the time before the ROB RUN wipe for a sequence of achievable jobs. Learn an activity, replenish equipment, and decide when cash should be processed at your base. Keep the cost of a failed trip in mind, especially in the desert, where death means losing all loot. This is an editorial planning approach drawn from the loss rules, not a guaranteed route to profit.

Before the raid: finish the jobs that matter

Check the timing information available for your own server before starting a long operation. An uncertain estimate should encourage a buffer, not a last-second gamble on an exact minute. Give your crew time to finish its chosen activity and record where you intend to regroup. The ROB RUN wipe changes the value of unfinished plans because the listed physical assets will reset.

After the raid: verify before rebuilding

Check the server, Steam account and items that should carry over. If the changes match the ROB RUN wipe list, begin the new cycle with that expectation. If persistent progress appears unexpectedly missing, collect the details needed for support instead of treating every disappearance as normal. Remembering what you expected to keep makes the difference easier to describe.

Was it a ROB RUN wipe or lost progress?

Kefir's lost-progress advice begins with two checks: whether a wipe occurred and whether you are logged into the correct Steam account. Start there if you return to missing belongings. Record the server name as context and compare the change with the reset table. A different account, a server change and a Federal Raid are not interchangeable explanations.

If the loss is unexpected, prepare your UID, player name and the approximate time it happened. Include what was missing and what you were doing immediately before noticing it. This page does not ask you to submit those identifiers to us. They belong in an official support request, where the team can investigate account information unavailable to an independent guide.

Do not assume that deleting local files or reinstalling will reverse a ROB RUN wipe. The published process is an intentional reset, and our tool has no restore function. If the issue concerns cosmetics, tutorial progress or another listed persistent item, say that explicitly in your report. Describing the mismatch is more useful than reporting only that everything looks different.

Fresh servers are not one global reset

Kefir's launch announcement lists planned daily fresh servers in EU at 17:00 UTC and East US at 20:00 Eastern Time. It also allows additional servers outside those times when load requires them. Those are opening plans, not evidence that every server shares a single ROB RUN wipe time. Keep the opening schedule and the actual server you selected separate in your notes.

Eastern Time changes its UTC offset seasonally. The server opening time converter uses the America/New_York time zone for the chosen date rather than hard-coding one offset all year. For the ROB RUN wipe estimator, the input is explicitly UTC. Both tools label their assumptions so a date change across time zones does not silently become the wrong day.

Before relying on an old screenshot, check when it was captured and which server it describes. ROB RUN is in Early Access, and a schedule snapshot can become stale. This guide's rule check is dated 8 November 2026. The date indicates when the written rules were reviewed; it does not indicate that a live server was polled at that time.

ROB RUN wipe FAQ

How often is the Federal Raid?

The current published ROB RUN wipe interval is seven days. An exact time for your server still requires reliable server-specific timing information; the calculator supplies a conditional estimate only.

Do cosmetics survive the reset?

Yes. Cosmetics are on the carry-over list, together with player name, tutorial progress, settings and accumulated jail time. Bases, plots, weapons and cash are listed as reset assets.

Does laundering save money from the Federal Raid?

No. Laundering protects funds from theft until the next ROB RUN wipe. It does not convert your bank balance into permanently protected money.

Why is there no universal countdown?

A reliable countdown needs an exact server-specific deadline. We have the published interval, not a verified live deadline for every server. Enter a known opening timestamp to calculate a clearly labelled estimate.
